Safin Group has experience in financing and operating of offshore jack-up rigs. Nowadays, Safin Group has already secured its own presence in oil and gas sector by participation in acquisition of two jack-up rigs in 2012 from the biggest producers of premium class rigs: “Keppel FELS” and “PPL Shipyard”.

In 2014, Safin Group together with its partners started another project for construction and exploitation of three jack-up rigs of “Keppel FELS” production. Safin Group continues to expand the rig fleet and activity in offshore oil and gas drilling market. We are aimed to conduct professional drilling operations by chartering the rigs with up-to-date equipment and top-ranked crew.
